Defective new phone from Amazon vendor

I order mobile Lenovo vibe p1 turbo but the product I received from amazon is defective a new product is hanging continually, screen becoming blank and mobile battery leaking continuously. so I write complaint mail to amazon one of customer service excutive assured me to he will refund all money back attached mail for your reference but after that these people telling me will give replacement. I want my refund back. pls take action on amazon and rufund my money back. thanks in advance
