I bought 4+3 L shape sofa from woodys furniture online shopping on 9th April , product delivered after one month to my house was damaged product . Both 4 & 3 seater are damaged . As per the procedure , i sent the picture of damages to company mail ID & informed everything in detail over the call , kept waiting for long time & finally a single parcel product was forcefully delivered to my house on July 4th evening , parcel size is smaller & it can’t neither have 4 or 3 sofa in it , so still I haven’t unboxed it . The commitment from the company was to deliver complete replacement as per mails exchanged & confirmed by them over the call . I sought for refund & compensation after this .
