Defective TV from Flipkart vendor

I have bought a vu tv from flipkart and unfortunately the tv. is a defective one and the technition from jeeves the service partner have confirmed it on the home visit i registered a complaint on flipkart customer care they just hang upon my call without any proper solution i bought this tv on emi and i have to pay the first instalment in this month and flipkart is not even refunging my amount or neither replacing my tv u dont understand what is flipkart trying to do

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
