Delay in delivery by on dot couriers

Courier was booked on 14.10.17 from Panchkulla for Baddi vide On Dot courier but the parcel is not delivered till now 15.07hrs on 23.10.17. I have contacted several times at Baddi Office. They told that the consignment will be delivered after another 5days as once he visited my residence on 17.10.17 and found door locked. Courier docket no 11001303692

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
