Delay in delivery of order from Club Factory

Package has not been delivered since a month inspite of repeated reminders through call, mails, etc. Never got any response or acknowledgement from the courier service. The parcel has been in Raipur since 3 days and they have to deliver at Bhilai which is just 40km (1 hour journey) away from Raipur but no action has been taken since 3 days. I had never seen such a pathetic courier service till date.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
