We have sent one product through DTDC on 21.10.2016 with Docket No K90984772 but till date it has not delivered. Now When I am asking about this from Patna DTDC customer support team neither they are providing the details nor giving the product back. Top of it their Executive Ms. Axxxxxa behaviour is so rude and arrogant instead of giving customer service, she is very unprofessionally talked and behave over the phone.
