Empty box instead of Lava mobile delivered in online shopping

I have booked a Lava KKT34 Power and my order no. is 407-3460512-4849902. Before two days i got my order but mobile box is empty and in the box i got only a charger. I have paid full payment in advance but i got only a charger. I called again to again Amazon customer care but not any response. Pl. help me and short out my problem.
