I ordered a saree and received an empty plastic bag with nothing inside. For which I mailed a complaint. Also I requested return as suggested by the courier man. We were told to be receiving a call within 24-48 hours by the Snapdeal team which we didn’t receive yet. First thing is that they do not have a proper customer service, talking to them directly is impossible. As far as mail is concerned, on sending mails and telling the matter they simply reply that my account would be suspended and no further assistance is provided. They claim that the mode of transaction was against their terms. The mode of payment I did was CoD, the courier person wont hand the product without paying. Also the product status shows it to be delivered which clearly mean that they received the payment. The courier person said that this issue would be resolved by the team but they’re simply ignoring the issue. I’ve been mailing them since 23rd June, i.e. the day of delivery of empty bag.
