We purchased a front loading fully automatic Godrej Washing Machine which the company took 3 months to install and the faulty switch which was not working properly from the beginning /installation time has not been replaced in the whole warranty period / in one year. In the last one year, multiple repeated phone calls has been made for the same. Initially, a service person came and opened the machine and then somehow started the machine but try to make some or the other excuse and did not changed the faulty parts of the washing machine. Would request you to kindly do the needful.
