I ordered Samsung on max on 9th Feb. Rec’d the phone next day but found ringer was faulty so I called to customer care & ask for replacement. Agent said to me I will be receiving a replacement in 2-3 days. Next day I received a call saying tech will visit within 5-7 working days. Which I refuse for it.

As promise by previous agent I need a replacement or refund my money. I think Flipkart has started new fraud & cheating business online. Hacking consumers money & not giving a proper resolution. Shame on you Flipkart for worst customer service.
