I have booked a flat in amrpali adarsh awas yojna H -2603 phase 3 under CLP Programme in 2015. I have deposited initial 20 % amount to amrpali builder. I have also paid 15 thousands rupee to investors clinic for the services they have promised to provide till the posastion of flats. But amrpali has not started construction till now. They are not giving me satisfactory reply. I am a serving air force personal posted to kanpur. I don’t know what to do. I don’t have time to run behind amrpali and investors clinic. I am feeling help less and chitted by both the builder and investors clinic. Now my only hope is some government responsible authorities or agency. Who can help me out in either getting me my flat or money with interests. Waiting for your generous reply and timely intervention. Thanking you Vinay Bhardwaj
