I was brought Redmi Note 4 Handset from Flipkart on 15th OCT’17 with use of my wife Email id.
I have same handset also ordered from my email id also on 17th and handset delivery received by 19th Oct’17 so i was checked my wife email id handset status than i was shocked it was show delivered by 17th Somewhere else.
I give complained on flipkart same day on 19th they are told its delivered than i have asked him where it delivered?? they are refused me we are not give this data but we delivered which address there is a mentioned.
When i was checked in my wife Flipkart apps that person details & Address show. i have raised complain where handset delivered that person i am not knowing so why i am paying with my credit card and give delivery address if that person who i am not know.
As per me my wife mobile number & delivered handset person mobile number only last digit change and i was explained to flipkart same thing. they are accept his mistake and apologize for the same. i have as proof recording also available.
They ask for time till 24th Oct’17 for resolution but EOD of 24th i cant get any reply so again i was call him and executive told your resolution date is 28th so wait for our technical team call.
on 28th again i was called & again they take time for resolution more 2days. on 30th finally i got call from banglore and i have hope for resolution but that technical team also accept all the problem which would done by him and take time but till time not received resolution.
Today 4th Nov i got call from team & they insist me do complain of consumer court its a cyber crime case. inshort flipkart now give me work for problem resolution which mistake done by him.
I have also spoke with that person where handset delivered he is ready for given back to flipkart but flipkart not ready for take from that person and give me at right place.
