Franch express network courier not received

I had sent an courier to coimbatore via franch express network on 26/12/2017. I walked in to the courier office on 28/12/2017 to check about the status and was informed that the package is not delivered and is being returned .I walked in to the office today ie on 4/1/2018 to collect the package and they informed me tat the package is delivered how ever when the reciever didnot recive the package contacted the courier office in coimabtore and they informed tat the package is not delivered how ever they have updated it has delivered in they tracking system .i tried contacting the customer service anf they were so rude and threating the customer that the package is delivered according to them and not even ready to listen what the customer has to say request you to please look into this.
