Recently I came across an Instagram site named jewelestheswati which sells costume jewellery. I liked one piece and contacted them over whatsapp. They told the amount to be paid and gave me an account number to transfer the money. The valuation of the set was 7099. I was told that it will take 6-7 days for delivery of the product. I transferred the money on 29th Nov 2017 and when asked about the status of shipping they are not responding properly. Also they have stopped taking calls and replying in whatsapp. There is no update from past 2 weeks. Also I am asking them for refund and they are not responding. I have already reported against them in Instagram as spam but please help me get my money back.
