GST charges not clear

On 04th Aug, I went to this Primas Bakery in Anna Nagar to buy bread and snacks. I was charged GST on each item @ 9% twice, @6% twice, @2.5% twice. When I asked them they told me this is the way it is done here. I am attaching the bill for your consideration. I bought bread, chicken sandwich, muruku,plain bun, milk bun. Please advice me if they process followed is correct.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
