MyHP Gas Consumer ID is 6xxxxx1. I have booked cyclinder for refill order no (309932) online on 21st Aug, 2017 and cash memo(1031602) generated on 24th August. Yet to get the delivery of the cyclinder but on their website status shows “delivered”. When spoke to Agency(Sri Manjunatha Agency, JP nagar 5th Phase, Bangalore) they said that since rate has been revised from 1st Sep this is the reason getting delayed. They want to deliver with revised(increased) price even though cash memo generated with old price. They want to cheat govt where it will show that gas has been delivered with old price but money will be taken for new price. They dont have answer why in website entry has been as delivered against my order. Why should i pay extra when cash memo generated with old price. Even after 10 days of gas booking, do not want to deliver since it is paid online.

The main reason is….the delivery boy is selling your refill gas in black…. I’m also facing the same problem….but no one is responding
