I wish to tell you that I have opted a vodafone postpaid plan for my official and personal use from Vodafone store at Jhansi Rani Square, Sitabuldi, Nagpur Maharashtra. On 22nd of July 2017, and I have submitted my pan card, aadhar card, and electric bill along with my corporate ID card for the same.
The concer parson in the store named Miss. Mxxxa have processed my request and she issued the no. to my father name even I dont submitted any of my father’s document. My father is farmer living in Yavatmal district, so when verification executive came at my address he told me that this no. is issued to my father. Then immediately I have contacted to the store and discussed the issued with Mxxxxa and she told me that your issue has been solved and now you will continue enjoy the services. But all her words are fake and fraudulent. Because on the 3rd of August midnight my grandfather was died and I have gone to Yavatmal on 4th. And at the same time my no. was again suspended by Vodafone due to wrong verification as she did not processed my request which I given before and I was suffered too much as in that situation I have to call my relatives but due to this ridiculous service I was unable to do so. When today I have again grab the store for clarification then the Mxxxxa said this process is not in our hand and we can not do anything. You can complaint anywhere you want or do what you want to do. And again I have submitted my all document to proceed the same request. I also called to customer care no several times but they also not help me and direct me to go to the store for the same.
I hereby requesting you to please raise my complaint to the next level so that no one customer will face the same issue.
