Maruti couriers not delivering parcel

I am Gaurav Gupta nd one of my family friend mxxxxxxxt from hoshiarpur send a ladies suit to my wife by shreemaruti courier service frm hoshiarpur to zirakpur. When i not recieved my parcel after so many days i contact the courier company than they told us the sale tax department bound their vehicle due to non bills item and tell us pay 6000 as penalty. i told them this is gifted by my friend not for selling purpose but they r not ready to hear anything.
