I purchased Micromax LED TV during Feb 2017 with 1+2 year’s warranty. During Oct2017 TV have some display issues, I registered complaint and Engineer attended call/visited on 27 Oct 17 diagnosed problem with Motherboard,says I inform the same to HQ, They provide new motherboard earliest, Several call I have made him,he says material haven’t received,then I communicated with Micromax through call and email,they always assure me that just wait for 10 day’s but that ten days now concerted to 58 days.I and my family dipressd and spending hard time with out news important announcements on television.
