Money deducted from account without usage

From past 3 months amount approx to 1000Rs has been deducted every month and without any information to me. and no proper response from customer care and calls will not get connected to Customer care we have waste our money to speak with you people and you deduct our money and don’t you guys have a courtesy to inform it to your customer. i need my money back asap and further i don,t want to our continue pathetic services.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
