My account in bank of Baroda Badli branch opened on 25/02/2006. During 2015 I did not operated my bank account. Till today bank did not provided me any account statement because bank says as you are not operating your account no bank statement will be given to you. During this period my bank account got dormat (deactivate). Bank said update KYC and deposit Rs 100. I did that.. on 20/04/2015 my account balance was Rs 11,635 + 100 = RS 11,735. My account was started with minimum RS 5000 balance. But recently I came to know that my bank account balance was deducted due to minimum balance in my account and SMS charges ( though I don’t receive any SMS from bank). After deduction now my bank account has RS 4,300 on 24/01/2018. I made lots of complaints in bank complaint box and through mails but I am not getting any satisfactory reply from bank. Please try to resolve my problem.. I would also request you to call me so that I can explain you my grievances in detail.
