My complaint is against www.myflowergift.com. I placed an order for Rs 1649 which was supposed to be delivered on 2nd July (Sunday). I kept calling on 09xxxxxxx4 (provided on website) but the no. was switched off. Today, 3rd July when i tried contacting i got a new no. from website 9xxxxxxx9. The response I got today was “Our office remains close on Sunday’s”. This is nowhere mentioned on their website and they did not informed me on Saturday while i was ordering the cake.

Upon further asking about order status the reply from lady over the call was “I don’t know”. Without arguing as she was very rude I asked for refund process and she disconnected the call. I called again and she gave an email ID info[@]myflowergift.com and asked to send the query there. I have already sent an email but no response yet. I tried contacting again but she is disconnecting my call the moment i ask for refund. Thrice she has disconnected my call and now she is not receiving my call.

I will be obliged if someone can help me to get my money back.
