No service from Unique Aircon services

I had made AC servicing contract with Unique Air-con Services on 14-01-2017, but service provider visited only once in last 10 months. I had tried to contact them but no one is picking the phone and not visit to my residence. My AC servicing is pending from last 10 months, if any damage accur due to non servicing service provider has to pay the cost.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
