This is to inform you that KCC Loan of Rs.100000 (one lakh only) was disbursed to me on 30th Auguest 2012 through SBI Guleli-Goa Branch.I am a regular repayee of the said loan from 2012 onwards till date. I have received interest subvention from concerned authorities only once in last 5 years i.e Rs.3000/-on 13-01-2015.
I was supposed to receive interest subvention for last 4 years i.e Rs.12000/-.
Every time on enquiry SBI officials replied that they have submitted the concerned documents to the department and there is no responce.
Same dues are pending for my wife account and sons account from 13/12/13 in the same bank.Due to this reason I have closed my wife’s KCC account on 01-09-2017.
Kindly,look into the matter at the earliest.
