Ola cab driver dropped mid way

My OLA application which is registered on mobile number 9xxxxxxxx3 and on email address. I booked a OLA Share cab on 19th Sept 2017 from my OLA application from 691, Delhi – Jaipur Expressway Sector 15 Part 2, Gurugram Haryana to my desired location U Block DLF Phase 3 DLF Cyber City. The cab which came to pick me up was of Jxxxxr Sxxxxh (White Xcent) OSN 649341189. There was already a passenger present before me I was the second passenger. On our way the driver collected the third & Fourth OLA Share passenger.
As per the procedure the driver dropped the 1st passenger. And leaving me I was the 2nd passenger the driver dropped the 3rd and 4th passenger.
After dropping everybody I was the only one left in the cab. While on the way to my destination the driver received another Share cab booking and instead of taking a turn from RBS building to my location U block he took straight to his next booking I still had no issues with it whereas I spoke to the driver that he said that as per the rules he will have to pick up the next passenger and then he will take an U turn and drop me off to my location.

We went 1 km ahead from my location to pick up another passenger. After collecting the next passenger we went 1 km ahead and when the driver was taking a short cut which was a very small gully I told the driver that the cab won’t go inside and he needs to take an U turn to drop me off to my location because as per the system it was my drop and by now we reached Sikanderpur bazar which is 4 km away from my destination 16/75 U Block.

When the driver called up the customer care person from his number as per the customer care person he suggested the driver that he will have to take the U turn to drop me off to my location because he was 4 km away from my desired location (calls get recorded).The driver then disconnected the call and ended my trip right there without my permission.

I complained about this to OLA (Complaint Number 63532452) but they did not came up with any resolution.
My money was not refunded neither any action was taken against such an unprofessional way of handling customers.

The cab driver claimed that the lane was very narrow that is why he had to end the trip there. And it was so surprisingly stupid of OLA being such a big company to belive that there could be just one single lane to my location U Block which is in the central of Gurgaon near Cyber Hub which has atleast 8 main big roads to enter the locality. OLA did not even cared to track where the driver dropped me off and there are how many roads going to my location.

First of all the OLA charged me before ending the trip and that to dropping me off 4 km away from my desired location in the mid way. OLA is ripping their customers off like this. I want my money refunded and I want a strict action to be taken against the company. A very bad consumer experience.
