The driver checked with me where I have to go. Asked me to wait until drive time starts. After start of drive time when I called him back he cancelled. When customer cancel after 5 mins of booking ola charges cancellation fees. When drivers do such unethical things keeping customer waiting for ride and then cancel booking, what is the competition given to customer for inconvenience. I would like to file a case against ola and try to see what court decides.

  1. I also had a similar experience with Ola cab where driver cancelled the booking without any reason and on top Ola has put a cancelation charge. I too would press charges against them for inconvenience.
