I placed an Order online on the website Miracas.com for 2 dresses on December 3, 2017 and paid Rs 3280/- via debit card. Since Dec 19th, their online tracking system shows the order pending with customs at New Delhi airport. I have tried calling them over 20 times on the telephone number provided by them, ? however they just hang up saying all agents are busy. I sent them messages on their website as well as their facebook page, but there is no response from the company. I request you to place a complaint against the company and wish that either the product is delivered at the earliest or the amount paid by me refunded back to my bank account.
