I place an order on 3rd October 2017 on Paytm app and paid through online. I ordered two shirts of Shaftesbury London of Rs.768 each. I received my order on 7th October 2017 and found that I receive only one shirt and other shirt was missing. I immediately informed to Paytm about this on 7th October 2017 but till now I do not got any response from them. The other shirt which I received does not fit to me so I raised ‘replacement request’ for both the shirts as both the size of shirt was 44. Paytm accept the replacement request for that shirt which was missing. I sent several messages regarding this but I do not got any response fro them. I also made several calls but everytime they put me on hold and they also disconnect my call after waiting for 35 minutes. Please help me in this regard as Paytm is not helping me at all neither Paytm gave me any response. My order Id is 3912033205.
