Parcel lost by Gati couriers

I had 2 parcels couriered from Bangalore to Siliguri by Gati kwe logistics services. I have paid ?2700 for the courier charges. It is 3 weeks now that I have not received my parcel in siliguri. gati Customer care executive informed that one parcel reached Siliguri and other one they are not able to trace in Kolkata. Today she informed after I called so many times that the other parcel is missing. I have so many important stuff in my parcel and nobody from Gati is even answering to any of my queries. Please help!

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
