Paymaza not delivering products after taking money

This complain is against given online site running electronics & other item sales on low price, i have ordered one splint ac (Blue Star) & One LED TV (Sony) costing RS. 8559/- for both and done the online payment through my credit card, its been more than 25 Days but i havent got any updates on product status & they are not responding on mail & phone both, Please help me get my money back.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
