Payment through PayTM not updated by Idea Cellular

On 15th Feb 2018 through Idea cellular app i made a payment of INR 900 for my outstanding bill of my mobile number 9XXXXXXXXX3 operator Idea Cellular. The app give the different options to make payment and i choose the e-wallet PayTm for the same. I made the payment and got the confirmation for the same through from PayTm but not from Idea Cellular. I raised the complaint with PayTm first and they reverted as payment to idea is done. On 21st Feb i raised a complaint with Idea through their customer care and on 23rd Feb through twitter. I have provided them with all the details asked for but till date they have not done anything but still ask me to give details again and again. Idea cellular has also barred my outgoing calls and make me and my business suffer as the number is my official number. I am attaching the details along with.
