Poor Service and resolution by Nestaway

I shifted to a room through Nestaway and AC was included in my room. When I checked AC was not working and it was assures by the move in manager that the AC will be repaired within 2- 3 days. The technician was sent after one week and he said that the AC can’t be repaired and it needs to be replaced. I have been following up with the Nestaway for more that 10 days and there has not been any proper response from the customer Care. For last 6-7 days they are saying that they are waiting for owners response. I tried calling move in and area manager but none of them is picking my call. They have also locked in my 6 months period in the room and I have already given 2 months security in advance.
