I ordered a product from the website Shopclues.com on 03/05/2017 which was shipped through Safexpress courier to delivered to Dimapur, Nagaland. On 26/05/2017 I got a message from Shopclues that the consignment is delivered which till today I am yet to receive. Then I checked through Safexpress with the given tracking number to see the status of my product to my horror it was delivered to Jalandhar, Ghaziabad when I should be rightfully delivered to Dimapur. I called Shopclues customer care executive to either deliver it to me or refund my money back. They tolde they would look into the matter but till date they did nothing. All I got was a message saying your order is successfully complete instead of helping me out with the problem. Then again I called Safexpress with my issue and I was harassed by the customer care executive. I told them I would go to consumer court and he said I can go anywhere i want.
