Product missing from the order delivered by Flipkart vendor

I bought memory card in Flipkart on 23/05/17. Earlier i bought a samsung on nxt mobile also.but now the memory card is missing from the parcel..so when I contact them,they told me to send snap of this..so i send.after that they told to dispose it. they will send a new one..but after that they ignore me..bad response..now i can’t login also..take action against this activities..they cheat peoples with duplicate and missing products. ..bad service. order id_OD109198232677780000.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
