I have ordered catalogue for ladies garments from website shiona.com the stock was in avaliable mode even there was what’s app number for enquiry for the stock availability but no one responded on that number I have paid 4950+shipping+gst total -5561/- rupees I have ordered it online as stock was available paid online amount .the next day I received a call that stock not available past six months so in asked the to return my amount . But they failed to do so they are tell that they cannot return tha amount instead of that they are telling to select me another catlouge of higher price . That I don’t want I just want my money back www.shiona.com is there website name .

Same happened to me
Ordered ladies dress material from shiona.in website for 18514 rs. I have yet to receive any reply regarding my shipment. They are not responding to my emails or calls or watsapp messages.
