Property tax dues from developer

Bought commercial space of 580 sq ft dated 11/06/2014 at Purba Jadavpur, Kolkata-700099 from CITICON registered at address: PS: Garfa, Kolkata-700099. Property tax dues from the developer CITICON till the date of registration is Rs 67,546.00 (document attached). I have cleared all the property tax dues during mutation in my name. I have sent letters to CITICON representatives to clear the dues, however they did not do so. So, the complain is all about to get the amount paid with interest.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
