Received fake product from Smytten app

This seems to be a perfect case of fake product and I must take it up with consumer court directly due to the following issues :

1. Not a legible box.We cannot read anything written on the box.The original product packaging is different.
2. Not properly covered and the box doesn’t have any sheet above it.
3. Two different stickers on the bottom side of the box with different date of Manufacturing. Fooling the Customer will fake products.

Need proper compensation for this order. Order no – SM100062776

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
