Redmi 4 received without SIM tray

I received redmi 4 32 gb without sim tray, and i have calling daily to cuatomer service and they are not giving any resolution, i have sent pics aswell . but every time when i call they say you will recieve a cal in 24 hrs. i have ordered this phone on 30 june and still waiting to use my phone.this is the worst customer service ever i have experienced with any brand.resolve my issue asap else i ll file a case against Xiaomi.
