We booked a tour trip to Andaman with Ace Travels Services, with Mr. Kxxxxv Sxxxxxa. We paid 80% advance of Rs. 71,680/- against their package offer. On arriving to Andaman, we realized that he had not booked any hotel or our ferry tickets. So we asked for the reason and they said their company closed 2 days before. They also promised to refund our money in a week time. So we took, another package on spot from another vendor and completed the trip somehow. Since then, they have not refunded the money and cheating us like now and then.
