Refund not received from Amazon

I ordered one jean pant from amazon india on 18 07 2017 of size 34 and when i received the item …product was too small ..i sent back and again the seller sent me size 30 which is not ordered size fitting and i sent the item via amazon delivery courier and they replied me that they received the item and still i didnt receive my refund though i contact amazon many times and sent many emails…….please help me to resolve the issue

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
