I made purchase for redmi note 3 audio jack on maxbhi.com Order Id: 529838, Product code: ET-HANDJK-135324, Date of Purchase: 03/07/2017, 10:14 PM. same day i received confirmation for product delivery on 7th july.
Later on 7th july i received notification that product is out of stock and order has been cancelled by maxbhi so i logged in my account and clicked on refund to bank to receive my refund from ewallet to my bank on 7th july. Till date i haved received my refund back i tried to contact customer service on give number but there was no response so i mailed my issue to service deparment here is my complaint number received on 18th july (#178303) and (Request ID is 18442) this request id i received from dXXXk on 22nd. If you check on maxbhi with given product code that product is available in stock.
