I’ve very bad experience with Croma 1.5T AC that i bought nearly 3 yrs back and services they provide. Recently, against fresh complaint of water overflow in the inner unit, technician attended and took service charge but from very next day problem relapsed. The technician never picked up the call again. Again on next complaint no one attended where as sms is received that problem is resolved. For reminding to call centre fresh complaint is registered for which the technician once attended and failed to resolve. In spite of assuring to resolve on his next visit, he didn’t turn up. This might be experience with others too.
