Refund not received from Snapdeal for returned product

I Placed an Order # 8979267797 on 12t Oct 2015 for Microsoft lumia 535. But later on, I found that product is not useful for me. Hence on 13th Oct, I gave a cancelaation request. But till now my order has not been cancelled. Sanpdeal is saying, we have not received the product yet. I asked them to share the courier partner details and they said, they are unable to retrieve courier partner details. So now Snapdeal do not know where is that product and my refund has been stuck. It is Snapdeal’s responsibility to contact courier partner and get it product back.
