On dec 24, 2015, I had ordered Pigeon 3 burner Gas stove from Paytm. Order id was 1420989257. Order was of worth 5,494 Rs. On Dec 30, order was delivered. But the gas stove deilvered was damaged. I raised return request on the same day. Got a reply from paytm saying we are unable to collect parcel from your address. I couriered the parcel back to the seller on Jan 01,2016 By trackon courier. AWB number is 477573867. Till today courier is not delivered as the seller address provided by Paytm is incorrect and courier guy cannot find the address. Parcel is still lying with the courier company.

Additionally Paytm has cancelled the return request as parcel did not reach the seller in time.

I have sent repeated emails to Paytm, but there is no response from them.
I request you to please take this matter on priority and please help me to get my money back.
