I have been using AXIS BANK account for the last 6+ years, I never applied or hold any credit card with AXIS. Now AXIS bank has linked a wrong credit card to my Customer ID and now they have made my savings account balance to – 1,92,238. 24 as my balance which I turned deducts a year money that has been deposited my account. With out holding any credit card how can they make my savings account into NEGATIVE BALANCE. WHICH ALSO AFFECTS MY Cibil SCORE.
