Regarding delayed delivery by Flipkart

I am placed an order of mobile Moto C on 15th October 2017 promise to deliver on 18th -20th of October but I am requested for fast delivery on 17th agreed to pay fast delivery charges because I need to gift my wife on Diwali Flipkart not responded my request. I spoke to customer support team and convenience them to make fast delivery nothing can happened still I am not received my mobile so that I am posting a complaint.
