I ordered for casio edifice watch by 27th March from Paytm, got it delivered by 30th March. I found empty box was delivered and raised complaint to paytm, they acknowledged issue and asked me to share more pictures and weight taken from weighing scale, as request I shared everything. On 3rd april, I got a call from blue dart manager (courier partner) and asked for appointment to meet by next day. I agrees, but he didn’t come. When called, he said he was travelling to some other place and would come by 6th april. But, I got an email from paytm by 5th april itself saying they delivered correct product only and closed the complaint. Immediately I called them, they were completely clueless and trying to blame me. When they couldn’t find culprit, they made be culprit, in fact I’m the looser who paid full cash for the empty box. I even asked them to share complete in/out scan detail of the consignment because booking shows 400g, but it was only 240g delivered. This clearly shows, somewhere in the mid it got tampered and product was stolen. Or, it could be joint-hand fraud from seller and courier employee.
