Regarding refund from Hathway post switching from SD to HD

Previously I was uisng My Hathway cable service .SD set top box with ‘Royal’ package; and bill cycle was 28th of every month to 27th of next month. I had paid INR 385/- for the period of 28th Feb to 27th March on 16th Feb 2018. On 9th March I had moved to ‘Royal HD’ package (monthly charge 535/-). A technician came to our home and installed new HD set top box. I was charged INR 2335/- (1800/- for new box and 535/- for package charge from 10th March to 9th April). So new HD package cycle become 10th day of every month to 9th day of next month. So I have paid extra for SD package from 10th March to 27th March. I have called customer care several times and send so many mails and provided all the bills. But no one is taking care of my request. Need your help on this. Although the amount is around 200 INR but I want hathway to learn a lesson before doing this to other customer. Account number is 1082859584
