I purchased MI Note 4, and with just few drops of water accidentally by my kid the device has stopped working. it is dead. Spending 10000/- and the company has made a device with that just few drops the entire thing comes to an end. I am still having to pay the emi without using it for a month. Service centre of MI at Kolkata (HAZRA) was adamant and said that these products are “LIKE THIS” only. This is not done. They should mention that these products are “DELICATE”- for any family person having kids at home it is quite normal these small accidental spillage may take place..Hence I need the same to be replaced.. Please help me to get the same or ban these products..i seek your assistance..
