Regarding poor internet service from Hathway

I am a customer of #Hathway Broadband. I have been facing this internet issues since last 3 months. I have called them n number of times but then there is no solution. I am so fed of this now, they dont even pay any heed to it. They charge so high per month for the internet and the service is 3rd Class infact worst.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. A technician from from IFB came on 20.11.2015 and told the panel found faulty and it will be replaced by 23.11.2015 by IFB company since it is under warranty period.
